Here at Melting Pleasures, we pride ourselves on discreet packing, with no visual information about us on the outside packaging. All deliveries no matter how big or small will be sent in plain brown packaging so there’s no need to worry about your postman or neighbour knowing what or where you've ordered from. 

All deliveries are posted from Royal Mail or DPD and we only offer tracked delivery for your peace of mind that your parcel will arrive to you and not lost in transportation.

All deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holiday) 

Hermes delivery service

Hermes will provide a tracking number to the customer so it can be tracked the whole time. If a customer is not in Hermes will try again to delivery to the address up to 3 times. If customers know they are not going to be on they can request for the parcel to be left in a safe place or with a preferred neighbour on the Herms website with their tracking code. 

Royal Mail delivery service

All Royal Mail deliveries are calculated with the assumption the package will weigh under 2kg. If packages are over 2kg, they will be switched to DPD delivery with no cost to the customer.

Royal Mail will provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel to your desired destinations. Once the parcel arrives at its final destination a signature will be required to accept the parcel. If your customer is not in when their parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling them to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. We will then process a refund for your order, and you will still be charged for the delivery cost, even if you were eligible for free delivery. 

DPD delivery service

DPD will require an email and mobile number as they will contact you by text or email to notify them of a delivery time slot and date. If this is not convenient for you, you will have the option to change it. A tracking number will be provided to track each stage of the delivery process. DPD will attempt delivery 3 times, in some rare cases, DPD may not deliver the next day. But it is 99% next day service. If they are still unsuccessful after this time the parcel is returned to us and we will then process a refund for your order, excluding delivery cost. 

Once any package has left our warehouse and a tracking number is given, it is the responsibility of the delivery courier to delivery the parcel safely to you. We are not responsible of any loss parcels. However if you do have any issue with the courier, please do contact us and we will help you to resolve the issue.
